Scandal (10pm, ABC) - Lasting changes occur in the wake of a truth being exposed, and the individuals involved deal with the repercussions.

The Crazy Ones (9pm, CBS) - Sydney worries about how others view her after a client’s obnoxious daughter becomes an intern at the agency.

Reign (9pm, CW) - Nostradamus shares with Mary his prophecy about a death, which leads Mary to make a big decision concerning Francis.

Michael J. Fox Show (9:30pm, NBC) - Mike must work on Christmas Eve, which complicates his and Annie’s gift-exchange plans. Meanwhile, Ian attempts to make Christmas magical for Graham, and Eve becomes interested in Judaism after attending a Hanukkah party.

Parenthood (10pm, NBC) - Amber confronts Ryan about his problems with her spending time with the band. Also, Drew asks Crosby for girl advice, Julia and Joel unite for their family and Adam shows support for Kristina.

White Collar (10pm, USA) - Neal searches for a T-rex skeleton and its egg at the Natural History Museum.
