iHeart Radio Jingle Ball 2013 (8pm, CW) - The 2013 Jingle Ball concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden. Scheduled to perform: Miley Cyrus, Robin Thicke, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Fall Out Boy and others.

X-Factor (8pm, Fox) - The final three acts perform. The winner is announced in tomorrow night’s show.

Mob City (9pm, TNT) - In the second installment of this new series (is every episode going to be two hours long!?) Siegel’s trial approaches as a violent massacre upends Parker’s plans, leaving the LAPD at a loss.

Barbara Walters: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2013 (9:30pm, ABC) - As I say every year, Barbara Walters is easily fascinated. This year, she was fascinated by Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, Miley Cyrus, the royal baby and the cast of “Duck Dynasty,” among others.

Kirstie (10pm, TV Land) - Maddie boosts Arlo’s spirits by celebrating Christmas for a change, instead of engaging in her usual holiday debauchery, so he decides to surprise her with a reunion with her estranged mother.
