What to Watch on Monday: Fresh horror in ‘Following’ premiere

The Following (9 p.m., Fox) – In the Season 3 premiere, Joe Carroll is on death row and his followers are gone, but a fresh series of brutal killings reopens old wounds for Ryan Hardy and a terrifying new nemesis awaits him and the team.

Also on tonight . . .

Gotham (8 p.m., Fox) – Gordon looks for information about the controversy involving Loeb. Also, Fish Mooney's allegiance with the prisonsers is questioned, and Bruce copes with the aftermath of an attack close to home.

Vice (8 p.m., HBO) – A special report on research that is changing the way scientists fight cancer, including injecting genetically engineered cold virus into a brain tumor, and using HIV to transform a patient's immune system.

The Bachelor: Women Tell All (8 p.m., ABC) – The rejected women rant and cry over their time with Farmer Chris. 

Mike & Molly (8:30 p.m., CBS) – Peggy suddenly announces she's leaving her job and Molly scrambles to throw her a retirement party, even though she doesn't know why Peggy is quitting.

The Night Shift (10 p.m., NBC) – The night shift crew is tested when a rancher accidentally shoots his wife. Meanwhile, TC is called to a party to save the life of a young football player.
