What to Watch on Tuesday: Shatner on ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ opener

Hell’s Kitchen (8 p.m., Fox) – The 14th season starts with 18 contestants presenting their signature dishes for a chance to win a night out with William Shatner.

Fresh Off the Boat (8 p.m., ABC) – Vandals cause trouble for the Huangs, while Eddie tries to get the attention of a girl.

Pretty Little Liars (8 p.m., ABC Family) – Ali considers a plea deal, but it incriminates someone else, so the girls try to help her and Mike – as well as themselves.

The Mindy Project (9:30 p.m., Fox) – The gang tries to get acquainted with the newly hired Dr. Bergdahl (Dan Bakkedahl), while Mindy’s fertility clinic struggles.

Justified (10 p.m., FX) – Raylan is distracted by a visit from his baby daughter, while Boyd takes Ava on a hunting trip (why am I suddenly thinking of Adriana from “The Sorpanos”?).

Forever (10 p.m., ABC) – Henry’s secret is jeopardized when he investigates the death of an underground activist.

Chicago Fire (10 p.m., NBC) – The interim chief makes a tactical error during an apartment fire, creating tension and putting careers in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Mouch discovers he has a child as a result of a past donation to a fertility clinic.

Perception (10 p.m., TNT) – An international scandal surfaces when Pierce and Moretti investigate the murders of a diplomat and a reporter.
