Happiness is a Warm TV

What to Watch on Sunday: ‘I Hate Christian Laettner’ on ESPN

30-for-30: I Hate Christian Laettner (9 p.m., ESPN) – A Rory Karpf-directed 30-for-30 documentary about the polarizing Duke basketball great Christian Laettner, the only player to ever start in four consecutive Final Fours and arguably the most hated player in the history of college basketball (stomping on the chest of a fallen Kentucky player didn’t help!!). The profile promises to show the full story of Laettner and the facts behind the perceptions.

Also on tonight . . .

Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst (8 p.m., HBO) – Who knows what will happen in the sixth and final installment of this stunning documentary series about the dastardly deeds of Robert Durst – that’s the beauty of it.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine (8:30 p.m., Fox) – Jake’s streak of bad luck makes him think he has an enemy working against him, so Holt assigns Amy and Rosa to investigate.

The Good Wife (9 p.m., CBS) - Frank Prady attacks Peter’s gubernatorial record as a campaign tactic, which forces Alicia to consider doing the same.

Secrets and Lies (9 p.m., ABC) – Ben learns where Natalie was two nights before Tom died, when she was allegedly babysitting, which leads to a confrontation with his neighbors.

Battle Creek (10 p.m., CBS) – According to ratings, I am the only person watching this. So be it. Tonight, Cookie the police dog sniffs out a stash of heroin in a little girl’s backpack, leading Russ and Milt to search for evidence to back their competing theories as to where the drugs came from and why she had them.

Episodes (10:30 p.m., Showtime) – The fourth season ends with Beverly and Carol struggling to hide their friendship from Helen. Also, it’s show time for “The Box.”
