What to Watch on Thursday: Season finales for ‘Scandal,’ ‘Blacklist’

Scandal (9 p.m., ABC) – In the two-hour Season 6 finale, Olivia takes a risk to ensure Mellie’s safety at the inauguration, and Fitz uses his powers in his last days in office. Renewed.
