What to Watch on Monday: Villains reveal their diabolical plan on ‘Gotham’ finale

Gotham (8 p.m., Fox) – In the two-hour Season 3 finale, the deadly virus continues to spread throughout the city, and the search for the antidote continues. Also, Fish Mooney, The Riddler and Penguin reveal their plans.

Stitchers (9 p.m., Freeform) – In the Season 3 opener, Kristen Clark’s life hangs in the balance as the Stitchers team works to bounce her back to the real world.

Better Call Saul (10 p.m., AMC) – Jimmy is pushed to desperate measures, while Mike explores a new alliance.

Incredible Edible America (10 p.m., Food) – In this new series, ventriloquist Jeff Dunham and his wife, Audrey, travel the country in search of interesting food. The series starts off in Austin, Texas.

Angie Tribeca (10:30 p.m., TBS) – An outbreak of a lethal virus threatens to liquefy everyone in Los Angeles.
