Good Witch (8 p.m., Hallmark) – Cassie’s cousin Abigail returns to town and her impish behavior is on full display, captivating Sam and Grace, but Cassie is not pleased.

Stalked by My Neighbor (8 p.m., Lifetime) – A Lifetime movie in which a mother and her 18-year-old daughter move to the suburbs to help recover from a traumatic home invasion, but when the teenager is taking photos out her bedroom window, she sees a shadow and panics. Convinced there’s a danger, she starts out trying to warn her neighbors only to learn that “the shadow” may be stalking her. It stars Amy Pietz and Kelcie Stranahan.

Aloha Vet (9 p.m., Nat Geo Wild) – A new series in which a veterinarian in Hawaii, Dr. Scott Sims, is followed as he cares for both domestic and wild animals on the islands.

The Graham Norton Show (10:15 p.m., BBC America) – Norton’s guests are Meryl Streep, James McAvoy and Mark Ruffalo. Hozier performs.
