What to Watch on Monday: New dramas debut on NBC and ABC

Midnight Texas (10 p.m., NBC) – In this new series, powerful psychic Manfred Bernardo decides to hide out in the small town of Midnight, Texas, and discovers the community is a haven for outsiders, both human and supernatural.

Preacher (9 p.m., AMC) – The Saint corners the trio, and Jesse makes a deal with the killer Cowboy.

Somewhere Between (10 p.m., ABC) – The debut of a new series in which a twist of fate allows a local news producer named Laura to relive the week prior to a string of murders.

Diana, Our Mother: Her Life and Legacy (10 p.m., HBO) – Prince William and Prince Harry pay tribute to their mother, Diana, princess of Wales.
