The Lowe Files (10 p.m., A&E) – Rob and sons Matthew (the Duke grad) and John Owen (he’s at Stanford) travel to the UFO hotspot of Phoenix, where they meet alleged alien abductee Travis Walton and a local fulgurite specialist.
