What to Watch on Friday: ‘Once Upon the Time’ returns and ‘Suburra’ lands on Netflix

Once Upon a Time (8 p.m., ABC) – In the Season 7 premiere, Henry encounters a troubled Cinderella in a distant realm and must make difficult choices.

20/20: Las Vegas (10 p.m., ABC) – A special episode highlights heroes who saved lives during the mass shooting in Las Vegas this week. The program features victims, eyewitnesses, first responders and people who helped one another through the tragedy.

Hispanic Heritage Awards (10 p.m., UNC-TV) – The 30th annual awards show honors Latinos. Director Gael García Bernal receives the Vision Award.

Superstition (10 p.m., Syfy) – In this new series, a man returns home to reconnect with his family, but the reunion is cut short by a string of killings by a supernatural villain.

Suburra: The Series (Netflix) – This 10-episode crime thriller set in Rome describes how the Church, the state, organized crime, local gangs and real estate developers collide and blur the lines between the legal and illicit.
