It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (8 p.m., ABC) – Linus waits in the pumpkin patch for the elusive Halloween symbol to appear.

Will & Grace (9 p.m., NBC) – Jack learns that his estranged son has a son of his own. Jane Lynch and Andrew Rannells are guest stars.

A Chef’s Life (9:30 p.m., UNC-TV) – Vivian harvests and preps peppers for a dish she’ll prepare at Lambstock.

The Eleven (9 p.m., A&E) – In this new true-crime series, investigators reexamine the murders of 11 teenage girls in the 1970s after finding a confession letter from convicted murderer Edward Harold Bell.

Scandal (9 p.m., ABC) – During the first 100 days of Mellie’s presidency, Fitz stays out of the limelight and takes up life as an ordinary citizen.

Flipping Out (9 p.m., Bravo) – Monroe’s baptism is a chance for Jeff and Gage to celebrate their blessings instead of their challenges.
