Flint (8 p.m., Lifetime) – Jill Scott and Queen Latifah star in this movie about a woman who deals with the toxic water crisis in Flint, Mich., and its effect on her family. Rob Morrow, Betsy Brandt and Marin Ireland also star.

Marry Me at Christmas (8 p.m., Hallmark) – Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas movie season starts with this story of a bridal boutique owner who is swept off her feet by the bride’s brother, a gorgeous movie star. Stars Rachel Skarsten and Trevor Donovan.

The Murder Castle (8 p.m., Investigation Discovery) – A new scripted, three-part miniseries (all three episodes air tonight) tells the story of H.H. Holmes (aka Dr. Herman Webster Mudgett), America’s first serial killer.

The David S. Pumpkins Halloween Special (11:30 p.m., NBC) – Tom Hanks revives his popular “Saturday Night Live” character for this special.
