The Lost Wife of Robert Durst (8 p.m., Lifetime) – New York real estate scion Robert Durst has murdered a number of people (he has admitted to at least one – it’s a long story). One of those people is his first wife Kathie. This Lifetime movie is based on the book by Matt Birkbeck, which tells the true story of their meeting, their marriage and Kathie’s unsolved disappearance. It stars Daniel Gillies as Robert Durst and Katharine McPhee as Kathie. (Note: If you haven’t seen the extraordinary HBO documentary series “The Jinx,” stop everything and do it now.)

Christmas Festival of Ice (8 p.m., Hallmark) – Emma is determined to keep her hometown’s ice-sculpting contest going, so she enlists sponsors and artists, but has trouble convincing Nick, the town’s ace artisan, to participate.

Saturday Night Live (11:30 p.m., NBC) – Larry David hosts, with musical guest Miley Cyrus.

Austin City Limits (Midnight, UNC-TV) – Country singer-songwriter Miranda Lambert sings her hits and songs from “The Weight of These Wings.”
