What to Watch on Saturday: Jesse Metcalfe in Hallmark’s ‘Christmas Next Door’

Christmas Next Door (8 p.m., Hallmark) – An author of bachelor lifestyle books must take care of his young niece and nephew for the holidays, and turns to his Christmas-loving neighbor for help. It stars Hallmark favorite Jesse Metcalfe (you may also know him from “Desperate Housewives” or “Dallas”) and Fiona Gubelmann.

Snowed Inn Christmas (8 p.m., Lifetime) – Jenna and Kevin volunteer for a special assignment at Christmas, then become stranded in a snow storm in Santa Claus, Indiana, and they join the fight to save the historic town inn.

I Want a Dog for Christmas, Charlie Brown! (8 p.m., ABC) – Lucy and Linus’ little brother, Rerun, turns to Snoopy and Spike for holiday cheer.

Miracle on 34th Street (8 p.m., AMC) – In this 1947 classic, an adwoman’s lawyer boyfriend tries to prove that Macy’s Santa Claus is the real thing. It stars Maureen O’Hara, Edmund Gwenn (the best Santa) and Natalie Wood.

Rocky Mountain Christmas (9 p.m., Hallmark Movies & Mysteries) – A woman goes to her uncle’s ranch to escape New York after a breakup, but then a Hollywood star arrives at the same ranch to prepare for an upcoming film.

Ten Days in the Valley (9 p.m., ABC) – ABC is burning off episodes of this canceled Kyra Sedgwick drama – two air tonight.

A Christmas Cruise (9 p.m., ION) – A novelist’s best friend invites her on a holiday-themed cruise and she finds the love of her life.

White Christmas (10 p.m., AMC) – In this 1954 musical, former Army bodies (Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye) put on a show at Christmas to save their general’s hotel in Vermont.
