They’re at it again.

The Holderness family of Raleigh, who gained fame when their “XMas Jammies” video went viral in 2013, has released another video – this one poking fun at how Southerners just can’t deal when it comes to super cold weather.

The video, posted on the family’s Facebook page, is called “Man It’s Cold! (Green Day Parody)” and set to Green Day’s "Basket Case," with lyrics changed to reflect the wimpy constitutions of us thin-blooded Southerners. It starts out, “Do you have the time, to listen to us whine, about how cold it gets in January...”

It had already gained 2.5 million views on Facebook in just over a day online.

Penn Holderness is a former anchor for WNCN, back when it was known as NBC 17 (it’s now CBS North Carolina). The family’s “XMas Jammies” video was such a hit (it’s at 17.4 million views as of the writing of this) that it was spoofed on “Saturday Night Live” in 2014. The family then got a reality show on UP.
