What to Watch on Friday: Season 2 of ‘One Day at a Time’ lands on Netflix

One Day at a Time (Netflix) – We get Season 2 of this fantastic series – a reboot of the Norman Lear sitcom from the ’70s and ’80s but this time featuring a Cuban American family. The incomparable Rita Moreno stars as the grandmother, along with Justina Machado as the mom.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (8 p.m., The CW) – Rebecca navigates major changes in her professional life.

Taken (9 p.m., NBC) – A laid-off worker kidnaps a high-powered accountant for revenge over his lost pension.

Jane the Virgin (9 p.m., The CW) – Jane and Rafael feel guilty when they lie to get Mateo into a new school.

The Resident (9 p.m., Fox) – If you missed this show’s debut Sunday night after the NFL playoff game, here’s the repeat.

20/20 (10 p.m., ABC) – Tonight’s episode features survivors who spoke out about abuse by ex-USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar.
