What to Watch on Tuesday: ‘Fresh Off the Boat’ goes ‘I, Kerrigan’ with Winter Olympics storyline

In addition to the State of the Union address, which is on starting pretty much everywhere at 9 p.m.:

Fresh Off the Boat (8 p.m., ABC) – Michelle Kwan comes in second place at the Olympics and Jessica tries to keep the news from Emery and Evan, only to get caught up in an elaborate conspiracy theory that leads them seeking answers from Nancy Kerrigan.

The Flash (8 p.m., The CW) – A meta who can shrink anything leaves Cisco and Ralph as miniature versions of themselves.

Super Bowl Greatest Commercials 2018 (8 p.m., CBS) – Boomer Esiason and Daniela Ruah host a countdown of the best Super Bowl commercials, with a look at the 25th anniversary of an iconic McDonald’s ad.

The Fosters (8 p.m., Freeform) – Brandon and Grace’s ultimate senior prank ends up going a little too far.
