What to Watch on Wednesday: Jack is back – Sam Waterston returns to ‘Law & Order: SVU’

Law & Order: SVU (9 p.m., NBC) – Everybody try to stay calm, but Jack McCoy (Sam Waterston) is back in this episode about a missing infant. Apparently, Barba’s interference in the case puts the entire DA’s office in jeopardy and Jack has to get involved.

Queer Eye (Netflix) – This old Bravo series gets a reboot on Netflix, with a brand new Fab Five: Bobby Berk (design), Karamo Brown (culture), Antoni Porowski (food and wine), Jonathan Van Ness (grooming) and Tan France (fashion).

Big Brother: Celebrity Edition (8 p.m., CBS) – CBS stretches the definition of “celebrity” here like never before. Of the contestants listed, Trump pal Omarosa might have the most name recognition. There’s also Keisha Knight Pulliam, who was on “The Cosby Show” 30 years ago, singer Mark McGrath and Metta World Peace.

9-1-1 (9 p.m., Fox) – On Valentine’s Day, a surprise marriage proposal goes awry with dangerous consequences.

The Assassination of Gianni Versace (10 p.m., FX) - We’re in Minneapolis now, and the level of Cunanan’s violence is more chilling than ever.
