November 13 (Netflix) — This three-part documentary by brothers Jules and Gedeon Naudet, the directors of the film “9/11,” explores the human stories behind the terrorist attacks that took place in Paris on Nov. 13, 2015. The documentary follows the chronology of events and shares testimonies of the people brought together by tragedy, from the survivors, the fire department, the police and the leaders of the French government.

Quantico (8 p.m., ABC) — The team scrambles to find a missing professor and stolen weaponized uranium.

Life Sentence (9 p.m., The CW) — Stella is given the opportunity to help plan an event for the hospital, which touches a nerve for Dr. Grant.
