Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back (9 p.m., Fox) — In Gordon Ramsay’s 99th series on Fox, the British chef travels the country trying to save restaurants in 24 hours. The premiere episode is an attempt to transform Bella Gianna’s, a family owned Italian restaurant in Congers, N.Y.

Also on tonight . . .

MasterChef (8 p.m., Fox) — Raleigh home cook Juni Cuevas is still in the game as tonight’s competition includes learning how to properly “break down” a live crab and then make chef Gordon Ramsay’s signature Crab Benedict dish during an elimination challenge.

Wahlburgers (10 p.m., A&E) — In the Season 9 premiere, Paul works on getting the right equipment and getting the burger times down to step into the fast food market with an Express Model. The downtown Raleigh Wahlburgers is finally open for business, but no indication so far that the Raleigh store will end up in an episode.
