What to Watch on Sunday: J Lo's 'Shades of Blue' starts again on NBC

Shades of Blue (10 p.m., NBC) — In the Season 3 premiere, Harlee (Jennifer Lopez) and Wozniak (Ray Liotta) discover a mysterious and grisly crime scene.
