What to Watch on Monday: ‘UnREAL’ ends strong first season

Significant Mother (9:30 p.m., CW) – In the first episode of this new sitcom, a budding restaurateur returns from a trip and learns that his best friend has started dating his recently separated mother.

Beats of the Antonov (10 p.m., UNC-TV) – In this POV documentary, the people of the Nuba mountains are bound together by music and the desire to protect their cultural traditions amid civil war.

Running Wild with Bear Grylls (10 p.m., NBC) – Actor Ed Helms runs wild with Bear, facing sheer cliffs and crumbling rock while atop Colorado mountains.

Murder in the First (10 p.m., TNT) – Terry and Hildy’s investigation is death a lethal setback, while Suger contemplates the future of Potrero.
