What to Watch on Friday: ‘Redwood Kings’ claim wood for Mission

Redwood Kings (9 p.m., Animal Planet) – The Daniels head out on a junk-pick trek for material they can recycle and reuse for upcoming projects. Then it’s off to Northern California for huge fallen coastal redwoods so they can make a replica wooden cross for the historic San Antonio Missions.

Cold Justice (8 p.m., TNT) – The team (Yolanda seems to have gone part-time on us) returns to Fort Meyers, Fla., to investigate the 22-year-old case of a woman who was shot in the head and dumped behind a community center.

Cold Justice: Sex Crimes (9 p.m., TNT) – The second case in this new series focuses on incidences in Lake Charles, La., in which women were assaulted in public places.

Treasure Quest: Snake Island (10 p.m., Discovery) – Cork and his team travel deeper into the interior of Snake Island, searching for the Treasure of the Trinity.
