Doctor Who (8 p.m., BBC America) – Starting tonight and running for six straight Saturday nights, right up to the Season 9 premiere on Sept. 19, it’s a curated collection of “The Doctor’s Finest” episodes. Everything starts with the Season 3 episode “Blink” at 8, followed by the two-hour 2009 movie “The Waters of Mars” at 9. You’ll also catch some glimpses of previews from the upcoming season. Mythbusters (8 p.m., Discovery) – Adam and Jamie investigate the ability of hit men to take down a target.

Hell on Wheels (9 p.m., AMC) – Violence erupts during the festival of Tin Hau Don in Chinatown, and Cullen confronts the Swede.

Hannibal (10 p.m., NBC) – With a full moon approaching, Jack and Will are certain that Francis Dolarhyde will strike again but they lack a solid lead. Also, Alana gives Hannibal a chance for redemption.

Dr. Jeff: Rocky Mountain Vet (10 p.m., Animal Planet) – Dr. Jeff and his team help a homeless man’s 5-month-old puppy that has a broken paw.
