What to Watch on Thursday: Bizarre remakes on ‘Documentary Now!’

Documentary Now! (10 p.m., IFC) – In the second episode of this new series, which has Fred Armisten and Bill Hader doing bizarre and often hilarious remakes of famous documentaries, the hipster media empire DRONEZ sends courageous journalists to Mexico to track down a drug lord. If you can find the premiere episode, which was a take on “Grey Gardens,” please watch.

Also on tonight . . .

Project Runway (9 p.m., Lifetime) – The designers get their first trip to Mood. For their task, they must put a modern twist on a classic design.

Verses and Flow (9:30 p.m., TV One) – Featured artist is Avery*Sunshine, who played Durham this past weekend and who performs at the African American Festival in Raleigh on Sept. 6.

Rookie Blue (10 p.m., ABC) – Andy considers leaving town for a four-month-long undercover project, and Jarvis reveals that the division will be restructured.

Graceland (10 p.m., USA) – Ari rises in the ranks of the Armenian mafia, and Charlie and Jakes get closer to taking down Germaine.

Married (10:30 p.m., FX) – Lina helps Russ manage his relationship with his mother.
