What to Watch on Sunday: Season ends for ‘The Last Ship’

The Last Ship (9 p.m., TNT) – In the Season 2 finale (it’ll be back for number 3), the Nathan James puts out a call to civilians to meet at ports across the country where they will receive the cure.

The Great Food Truck Race (9 p.m., Food) – The five remaining teams (including Raleigh’s Pho Nomenal Dumplings truck) must use peppers to create the ultimate spicy meal in Santa Fe. The teams only have one hour to shop for the entire weekend.

Garage Gold (10 p.m., DIY) – In the fourth season premiere of this Raleigh-based show, the guys clean out a three-bay storage area stuffed with scientific gadgets, a vintage pinball machine and a collection of books gilded in gold.

The Strain (10 p.m., FX) – Justine takes drastic measures to counter a surprise invasion, while Eph and Setrakian face off against an old foe.

Masters of Sex (10 p.m., Showtime) – Masters continues the surrogacy program under Johnson’s critical eye.
