Key & Peele (10 p.m., Comedy Central) – The final episode of this sketch show includes takes on a young man learning about Negrotown; a man who can’t stop saying “deez nuts”: and a serious conversation between Meegan and Andre.

Also on tonight . . .

Extant (9 p.m., CBS) – In the two-episode season finale, Molly discloses new, disturbing details about Shepherd’s death to GSC, and Lucy makes a move that could have global repercussions. Later, J.D. and Molly race to thwart a plot that could destroy the human race.

The Carmichael Show (9 p.m., NBC) – The final two episodes (of just the season, I hope) air. First up, Maxine’s disregard for prayer results in a passionate discussion about religion and spirituality. At 9:30, Maxine finds Jerrod’s gun, which sparks a family debate about gun control and gender power.

The Jim Gaffigan Show (10 p.m., TV Land) – After picking up a large Bible for Jeannie on the way to a show, the paparazzi photographs Jim, creating a media frenzy about his faith.
