What to Watch on Thursday: Teens take over ‘Project Runway’

Project Runway: Junior (9 p.m., Lifetime) – This new spinoff series features the next generation of up-and-coming fashionistas, ages 13 to 17, who will be mentored by Tim Gunn. Kelly Osbourne, designer Christian Siriano and executive fashion editor Aya Kanai are the judges. In tonight’s first episode, the designers must create garments out of materials found at a car wash.

Sleepy Hollow (9 p.m., Fox) – Abbie is in command while Reynolds goes to D.C. to discuss developments in the Nevins case.

2 Broke Girls (9:30 p.m., CBS) – Season 5 starts with the city targeting Han’s diner – along with Max and Caroline’s cupcake window – for destruction, so the staff works to save the business.

A Chef’s Life (9:30 p.m., UNC-TV) – More clamming: the proper way to open a clam and how to make clam hash. Also, a Waffle House Smackdown.

How to Get Away With Murder (10 p.m., ABC) – Sinclair might have a way to take down Annalise, and Caleb and Catherine are faced with a life-altering decision.
