What to Watch on Monday: Gordon works to clean up ‘Gotham’

Gotham (8 p.m., Fox) – As Gordon and Barnes work to clean up Gotham, Gordon runs into dangerous hit man, Eduardo Flamingo (Raul Castillo).

Blindspot (10 p.m., NBC) – Jane and Weller go undercover as an assassin couple., an intimate assignment which draws them even closer.

India’s Daughter (10 p.m., UNC-TV) – In this Independent Lens documentary, the rape and murder of a 23-year-old medical student in India sparks an international movement.
