Following the death this week of Eagles co-founder Glenn Frey, Showtime has announced plans to re-air the documentary “History of the Eagles” tonight and again on Thursday and Saturday.

The documentary was produced by Academy Award-winner Alex Gibney and directed by Allison Ellwood, and focuses on the band’s musical legacy. It has archival material, concert footage and home movies, as well as interviews with the band members and figures from the ’70s music scene.

“History of the Eagles” originally aired on Showtime in 2013 after premiering at the Sundance Film Festival.

Showtimes: Friday (Jan. 19) at 8 p.m. on SHO2; Thursday (Jan. 21) at 7:55 p.m. on Showtime; and Saturday (Jan. 23) at 6 p.m. on Showtime.
