What to Watch on Monday: A were-monster hunt on ‘The X-Files’

The X-Files (8 p.m., Fox) – Mulder and Sculley investigate after witnesses claim a strange creature is responsible for killing a person in the woods. Meanwhile, Mulder confronts some of his own demons.

Supergirl (8 p.m., CBS) – A twisted version of Supergirl tries to destroy Kara. Cat’s son (Blake Jenner) and Kara become closer.

Superstore (8 p.m., NBC) – When Cheyenne and Bo intend to make lavish purchases during the store’s annual wedding-themed sale, Amy tries to talk to them about the cost of having a child.

Jane the Virgin (9 p.m., CW) – Jane considers dating again when she meets a guy named Dax. Also, Rogelio regrets asking his mother (Rita Moreno) to be his manager.

No Mas Bebes (10 p.m., UNC-TV) – In this Independent Lens documentary (“No More Babies”), the history of Mexican-American women who were sterilized against their will in the 1960s and ’70s in Los Angeles.
