What to Watch on Sunday: Chris Rock hosts the Oscars

The Oscars (7 p.m., ABC) – The Academy Awards Show, not-so-affectionately known as #OscarsSoWhite, starts off at 7 with a Red Carpet wrap-up. The actual ceremony, hosted by Chris Rock, starts at 8:30. (A better Red Carpet show can be found on E! starting at 5:30.)

The Walking Dead (9 p.m., AMC) – After realizing that Alexandria may not be as safe as he originally thought (thanks for nothing, Houdini Jesus), Rick must decide where they should go next.

When Calls the Heart (9 p.m., Hallmark) – When the people of Hope Valley learn that Frank is a wanted man, they quickly turn on him.

Girls (10 p.m., HBO) – An erratic roommate leads Fran to move in with Hannah, and Hannah gets an urgent call from her father.

Togetherness (10:30 p.m., HBO) – Michelle works on her plan to make the charter school a reality.
