What to Watch on Thursday: ‘Life in Pieces’ continues to come together

Life in Pieces (8:30 p.m., CBS) – Still really, really loving this freshman sitcom. Tonight, Greg (Colin Hanks) feels threatened by Jen’s (Zoe Lister-Jones) handsome assistant (Gregg Sulkin) and tries to act more masculine. Also, Heather and Tim pull a prank on Tyler’s school; Joan secretly lets Sophia chew gum, even though Heather forbids it; and John takes his new puppy on a date with Colleen and her dog, Princess.
