Hap and Leonard (10 p.m., Sundance) – If you survived last week’s super intense (and super bloody) episode, you only have to steel your nerves for a bit longer. Tonight’s season finale resolves a few sticky issues, but – unsurprising warning – not everyone makes it out alive. And for those who haven’t watched this series yet (it’s based on the novels of Joe R. Lansdale), you can watch the episodes On Demand. There are only 6 of them, so it’s not a huge time investment. And pay close attention to the very last scene for a clue about a possible Season 2 (please, Sundance).

Also on tonight . . .

Heartbeat (8 p.m., NBC) – Alex makes a risky move when she tries to find volunteers for an experimental cancer treatment.

Survivor (8 p.m., CBS) – The merger sets off a power struggle between the remaining members of each tribe.

Empire (9 p.m., Fox) – Camilla sink her claws into Hakeem, the acting Empire CEO, while the rest of the Lyon family members try to get him back on their side.

Nova: Vikings Unearthed (9 p.m., UNC-TV) – Dr. Sarah Parcak uncovers new details about the expeditions and settlements of the Vikings.

Nashville (10 p.m., ABC) – Juliette returns to Nashville after receiving her postpartum depression treatment.

The Americans (10 p.m., FX) – A crucial flaw in the mission has the agents confronting the depth of their patriotism.
