Mike & Molly (8:30 p.m., CBS) – In the series finale, Mike and Molly bring their loved ones together and reflect on everything that brought them to that moment.

Jane the Virgin (9 p.m., CW) – In the Season 2 finale, Jane and Michael’s wedding plans go awry and Rafael considers telling Jane about his feelings. Renewed.

Bates Motel (9 p.m., A&E) – In the Season 4 finale, Norma and Norman’s relationship is tested. Renewed.

Castle (10 p.m., ABC) – In tonight’s finale, Castle and Beckett are ready to face LokSat. News broke several weeks ago that Stana Katic, who plays Kate Beckett, one half of the show’s “Caskett” love duo, was not invited back should there be a ninth season. Tamala Jones, who plays medical examiner Dr. Lanie Parish, was also cut. ABC cited budgetary reasons for the cuts, but apparently, Katic and Nathan Fillion, who plays her husband and crime-fighting partner Richard Castle, also really do not like each other. Of course, there was fan backlash – and lots of questions about what would happen to Beckett in the Season 8 finale. Would they kill her off? What would the show look like without her? Should there even be a show without her? Turns out we don’t have to keep guessing. Late last week, ABC canceled the show, meaning they essentially put themselves through that PR nightmare for nothing. Further, there are reports that they taped an alternate ending, just in case this happened. But as it turns out, fans should get some closure.
