What to Watch on Monday: ‘BrainDead’ from the ‘Good Wife’ team

BrainDead (10 p.m., CBS) – From the creators of “The Good Wife” comes a new comic thriller set in Washington, D.C., and working off a conspiracy theory that members of Congress are infected by a brain-eating bug. The cast includes Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Tony Shalhoub and Danny Pino.

Houdini & Doyle (9 p.m., Fox) – After several people who appear to have died from fright turn up, Doyle realizes he’s been dosed with the same hallucinogen that produced their fatal visions.

Guilt (9 p.m., Freeform) – In this new series, an American woman travels to London to defend her sister after she becomes the prime suspect in her roommate’s murder.

Major Crimes (10 p.m., TNT) – In the Season 5 premiere, the squad investigates the disappearance of a teenage girl who volunteered at a homeless shelter.

Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge (10 p.m., NBC) – In this new show, six teams race through mud, water and barbed wire in a mile-long course.
