What to Watch on Monday: 12-year-old Raleigh dancer on ‘SYTYCD’

So You Think You Can Dance (8 p.m., Fox) – Young dancers – including 12-year-old Parker Garrison of Raleigh – vie for a spot among the elite in the first round of the academy. But that’s not all. Parker also auditions on “America’s Got Talent,” airing Tuesday night at 8 on NBC.

Rex on Call (7 p.m., WRAL) – After 10 years on air, tonight’s episode will be the last. It features a heart healthy cooking competition with local chefs: Kim Hunter of Kimbap, James Castellow of Zest Café and Home Art, and Ryan McGuire of the Chef's Academy.

The Fosters (8 p.m., Freeform) – In the Season 4 premiere, Callie tells Stef and Lena about her past relationship with Brandon.

Reign (8 p.m., CW) – In the Season 3 finale, Mary fights to defend her reign in Scotland against Elizabeth, and an accusation against Lola results in tragic consequences.

UnReal (10 p.m., Lifetime) – Chet is allowed to produce a more male-skewing version of the show, and Quinn decides to prove her own value.

Trapped (10 p.m., UNC-TV) – In this Independent Lens documentary, healthcare providers and others in Texas, Mississippi and Alabama fight new Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers (TRAP) laws designed to restrict abortion access.
