My Last Days (9 p.m., CW) – The first episode of a three-night inspirational docuseries telling the stories of six people diagnosed with terminal illnesses who are determined to make a positive impact on the world. Created and hosted by “Jane the Virgin” star Justin Baldoni (Rafael).
