A Football Life (8 p.m., CBS) – This docuseries, which previously aired on NFL Network, profiles NFL players, coaches, owners and teams. Tonight’s installment focuses on former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre.

Backstabbed (8 p.m., Lifetime) – A woman uncovers her boss’s dark side when she tries to quit her job.
