Hiding herself

This is an outfit Sharon's husband, Craig, loves to hate, and for good reason. The boxy, black top bags over her slim figure, and the stark color overwhelms the pale pastels of the too-long, too-big skirt. The box-toe mules look heavy, and as with most shoes that slip on, wearing them means dragging your footwear around all day. Sharon agrees that this look doesn't flatter.

She's got legs!

This outfit accentuates Sharon's slimness, and the pieces are mix-and-matchable, so she could create more looks. The straight-leg jeans, (J Brand Jeans, $100) show off her mile-long gams, and high-heel Mary Janes (All Black, $107) heighten the effect. The jacket (Tahari, $200) and V-neck T-shirt (Saks Fifth Avenue, $24) bring summer color to her face. A more-saturated hair color and face-accenting haircut draw attention to her features. Accessories finish the look: gold hoops (Kenneth Jay Lane, $30), pale blue bracelets (W A Studios, $80 for two), red-accented sunglasses (in her hand; Ray Ban, $70) and yummy leather shoulder bag (Elliott Lucca, $140).

Her reaction : "I clean up really well!" said Sharon, whose smile is her best accessory.

Lady who lunches

Sharon is ready for a day out, a business meeting or, with sparkly accessories, a night out in this knit dress (Saks Fifth Avenue, $100). The jacket (Tahari, $200), Mary Janes (All Black, $107), gold hoops (Kenneth Jay Lane, $30), stone bracelet (Kenneth Jay Lane, $65) and shoulder bag (Elliott Lucca, $140) richen the look.
