Posh accessories company Neely & Chloe has hit the road, and they’re making a stop in the Triangle this week. Founded by Neely and Chloe Burch – nieces of designer Tory Burch – the company specializes in handbags, shoes and other accessories. Rather than selling in traditional retailers, the company distributes its wares via its website, neelyandchloe.com, and by traveling around the country in an Airstream trailer for local pop-up shops.
The trailer comes to The Streets at Southpoint mall in Durham Wednesday to Saturday.
Bailey’s Fine Jewelry in Cameron Village hosts a Tag Heuer trunk show 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday. Leading up to the show, the store will host a social media contest with a $1,550-value Tag Heuer smartwatch. In celebration of Father’s Day, Opulence of Southern Pines in Cameron Village hosts its annual shaving event with men’s grooming expert Carlon Carson, 1-3 p.m. Saturday. Carson will demonstrate grooming techniques and talk about shaving products. North Hills’ stable of retailers will expand this summer with two new stores joining the fold.
▪ Men’s and women’s apparel brand Southern Tide will open a store in North Hills later this summer. The brand offers Southern-style preppy wear, such as polos, chinos, dresses and more. The brand’s first signature store in North Carolina, the North Hills shop will be between Lilly Pulitzer and Fleur.
