Burritos, cookies from Cary Café

One of my all time favorite places to eat is The Cary Café in Cary. Two of my favorite things are their Tomato Bisque and their Black Bean and Lime Chicken Burrito. Would you please see if Abdul and Vicky will share their recipes for these two? -- C.C., Raleigh

There are many places that sell "homemade" chocolate chip cookies, but none as good as the ones at The Cary Café. I wonder if Vicky would share this family jewel? -- C.E.P., Raleigh

Abdul and Vicky Ismael are owners of The Cary Café (904 N.E. Maynard Road; 469-9415; www.thecarycafe.com), a longtime favorite local spot for breakfast and lunch. Vicky Ismael says that the Tomato Bisque recipe is a family secret, but the couple are happy to share the recipes for Black Bean and Lime Chicken Burritos and Chocolate Chip Cookies.
