Meatloaf that's a classic

My husband and I love to eat at MacGregor Draft House in Cary, but there's a problem: We only order one thing on the menu, because we can't bring ourselves to order anything else. The meatloaf is the most delicious either of us has ever had. I have searched the Internet for the "1950 Life Magazine Meat Loaf recipe," but I can't find it. If they would be willing to share the recipe, we would be so grateful, and we promise to keep coming and even try different menu items! -- K.M., Apex

Charles Miller, one of the proprietors of the group of restaurants that includes MacGregor Draft House (107 Edinburgh Drive South, in MacGregor Village, Cary; 461-1633;, is happy to oblige. Miller also shares the recipe for Spinach & Artichoke Dip, and notes that both dishes are available at all Draft House locations.
