Feel lucky with this risotto

I recently ate lunch at Blue Ridge, the restaurant in the N.C. Museum of Art in Raleigh. The Lucky Duck Risotto was the most delightful and unique dish I have tasted in many months. Could you please ask the chef if he would share the recipe with me and your readers? -- J.J., Raleigh

Chef Andy Hicks is happy to share the secrets of his artful presentation. As for the whimsical name, we're guessing that "Lucky Duck" refers as much to the person who gets to consume the dish as to the featured fowl.
