Comfort yourself with tortilla pie

My husband and I have enjoyed many meals from the Comfort Cuisine Café & Catering Company in Raleigh. Please try to get the recipe for the spicy Tortilla Pie with Chicken, Charred Poblanos and Grilled Vegetables. I have been fortunate enough to have spent quite a bit of time in Mexico, and this dish is as good as it gets! -- N.L., Durham

Comfort Cuisine Café (5511 Capital Center Drive; 859-6440; www.comfortcuisine.us) opened in February in an office building off Jones Franklin Road and has quickly become a popular lunch spot. So popular, in fact, that owner Maggie Radzwiller plans to open a second location in November in a nearby office building at 5540 Centerview Drive. Radzwiller shares her recipe, generously adding that you may either use your favorite bottled salsa or e-mail her at mgradz@mindspring.com for her salsa recipe.
