The evening starts at 5:30 p.m. with a tour of Big Boss Brewing Co. (1249 Wicker Dr., Raleigh) with samples of local cheese and charcuterie. Afterward, diners will head back to the restaurant for the remaining four courses with beer pairings.
The courses include:
• Spicy crab and crawfish stuffed oysters with heirloom tomato relish paired with High Roller IPA.
• Beets, goat cheese and greens salad with citrus herb vinaigrette paired with Blanco Diablo Witbier.
• Beef tenderloin with bacon-braised Brussel sprouts, crumbled egg and caramelized onion bordelaise sauce paired with Pumpnut Ale.
• Chocolate torte with housemade Big Operator Belgian Black Raspberry Ale ice cream, raspberries and candied almonds.
