Raleigh’s Lucy Daniels Center is seeking chefs to cook for a dining competition in February and March.

They may be most interested in the grand prize: a restored ‘69 Corvette.

The competition is happening Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in February and March at 1705 Prime Catering, 1705 Millbrook Road, Raleigh.

The Lucy Daniels Center works with more than 700 families whose children are dealing with mental and emotional health challenges each year.

To apply, go to lucydanielscenter.org/cooking-for-a-classic-2017. The deadline to apply is Dec. 2.

Tickets, which will go on sale later, will cost at $99, and 100 percent of the proceeds will benefit the center.
