City Market Sushi, the newest restaurant in Raleigh’s City Market, is expected to open Monday in the former Troy Mezze space.
One of the owners, Shawn Chang, said Tuesday that they planned to open the new casual sushi restaurant for lunch starting Monday. Chang said previously that they are striving to offer quality sushi at reasonable prices.
Chang is opening the 2,000-square-feet restaurant with his older brother, Jin Chang, and business partner, Don Yoo. Chang said he previously owned Sushi LULU in North Raleigh and Maru Sushi in Cary, both which were sold to others, and Yoo owns a catering company, Sushi Nara in Durham.
The restaurant, which will have 40 seats and about 10 seats at the bar, will serve lunch and dinner.
