Chickenwire, another pop-up dinner outfit based in the Triangle, has announced its next event at 4:30 p.m. April 19.
Some of the participating chefs include John Childers of Herons at The Umstead Hotel in Cary, Chris Hill of Faire in Raleigh, Kim Hunter of Kimbap Cafe in Raleigh, Regan Stachler of Little Hen in Apex, Kevin Hubbard of Patrick Jane’s Gourmet Pizza Bar in Cary and pastry chef Robin Bilodeau of Searstone retirement community in Cary.
The chefs will collaborate to create a seven-course tasting menu. The evening will begin with cocktails, followed by a seated dinner. Tickets cost $100 per person and includes your choice of two drinks.
The mission of Chickenwire is to “bring together chefs from the Triangle to engage in a shared desire for culinary hijinks. Some proceeds from each dinner will benefit a chosen non-profit charity.”
